What is Wood Wool?
Imagine a piece of timber is fed through a shredder, breaking that timber into thin strips of timber fibres. These timber fibres are compressed together, and Magnesite - an organic compound - is used as a natural binding agent. The layering of these timber fibres creates pockets within the panel that allows it to achieve high levels of sound absorption.
